Christmas at Blenheim Palace
As well as all the festive fun outside, prepare to step into Neverland inside Blenheim Palace, where the opulent staterooms have been reimagined into scenes from J.M. Barrie’s classic tale Peter Pan. Embark on a fantastical journey blending history with fantasy, with immersive decorations that transform each room into a storybook scene.
Whether it’s the glowing Mermaid Lagoon or Captain Hook’s notorious ship, the experience is both enchanting and nostalgic, guaranteed to captivate and spark some Christmas magic over the coming weeks. You can even book a Neverland-themed afternoon tea if you’re full of pixie dust this festive season!
The estate’s gardens will also come alive at night with the Illuminated Light Trail, a dazzling outdoor display which has become a festive favourite among locals and visitors alike. Winding pathways are lined with tunnels of light and mind-boggling installations, including picture-perfect projections on the buildings and Blenheim’s lake, all accompanied by some festive music.
The Great Skate and Christmas Market
The magic doesn’t stop there; The Great Skate offers a brand-new opportunity to glide across a covered ice rink in the palace’s stunning Great Court, framed by the iconic palace and its festive happenings. There’s also a jolly Christmas Market that allows you to skip the hustle and bustle of the high street for some artisanal goodies and Christmas treats.
Best of all, Blenheim Palace have teamed up with London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH Charity) for the festive season. £1 will be added at the basket stage for every Neverland in the Palace ticket and Neverland Afternoon Tea, as a charitable contribution.
