Imagine the feeling of basking in the heat with a rum cocktail in hand. All three BACARDÍ Caribbean Flavour rooms have been specially designed with a sensory expert to evoke that sensation. Inspired by the different flavour notes in BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced, each room is designed to bring the key flavours to life through sight, sound, smell, and taste, transporting you to the Tropics. What’s more, these idyllic surroundings will provide the perfect backdrop for you to sample three experimental cocktail tasters, along with a full-sized cocktail at the end of the experience, each created by a top London bartender. From Erik Lorincz of Kwant, Sly Augustin of Trailer Happiness and Georgi Radev of Laki Kane, you’ll be sipping creations from some of the city’s finest mixologists.
Created with a base of smooth aged rum, BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced has a delicious natural sweetness. The subtle oaky char from the barrel compliments the flavours of coconut blossom, pineapple, cinnamon and vanilla making it a perfectly balanced, versatile serve (especially for a holiday!).
All of the best getaways start with an ascent into the clouds, and this one is no different. But there’s no passport control at the Caribbean Flavour Rooms. You’ll simply be fast-tracked into Clouds of Cinnamon and Vanilla to enjoy your first taster cocktail! This dream-like space is infused with sweet aromas, putting you in the perfect holiday mood to celebrate the start of your sensory travel to the Tropics.
After an exciting journey you’ll arrive in the Coconut Chamber, an ode to the tropical shores that inspired BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced. Engulfed in glorious warmth and immersed in the delightful scent of coconut, you’ll enjoy your next BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced taster cocktail in paradise.
The final chapter to your Caribbean adventure begins in the Pineapple Portal, a super Instagrammable mirrored infinity room. As you venture through, you’ll enjoy your final BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced taster cocktail, before arriving at the ultimate Caribbean beach party on the other side! Here you can enjoy sets from some of London’s hottest DJs.
From 4pm-6pm you can expect hip-hop and afro-beats from Nike Town resident DJ Rees, before Annabelle takes over with the house mixes and amapiano from 6pm-8pm. And those visiting between 9pm-10pm can enjoy a great set from Spotify and KISS FM DJ and presenter Henrie. All whilst toasting to an unforgettable trip with your BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced cocktail.
