Avril Lavigne Is Playing Two UK Shows Next Year, And Here’s How To Get Tickets

Don’t ‘Freak Out’ but… it’s happening.

The pop-punk princess of our teenage years is coming back into our lives once again.

Avril Lavigne will play not one but TWO shows in the UK next year, as part of her European tour.

The tour will allow Avril to showcase her most recent album, ‘Head Above Water’, which came out in February this year.

We can, of course, expect to hear some of her other youth-defining hits, such as ‘Sk8er Boi’, ‘Girlfriend’ and ‘My Happy Ending’.

The rock-chick will play London’s very own O2 Academy Brixton (as seen in our venue guide) on April Fools Day, before heading up to play for our friends in Manchester the following day.

It may be 15 years since ‘Under My Skin’ was released…

…but Avril is still the queen of pop-punk we always loved!

Tickets will go on sale on Friday 18 October at 9am, and you can buy London and Manchester tickets here.
