Offering both passionate foodies and the culinary curious a renewed perspective on the importance of sustainability, creativity and innovation with eating, Future of Food Festival 2024 promises to be a 7 day feast filled with delicious morsels, from September 16-22.
From panel talks and unique dining experiences to exclusive event access to BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, there is so much to tuck into in this year’s Future of Food Festival programme. You’ll even get the opportunity to meet some of the UK’s most trailblazing chefs, restaurateurs and suppliers.
But before we delve into the banquet of ticketed events and experiences on the menu, we thought we’d tip you off with an extra treat. Restaurants, bars, pubs and coffee shops across Regent Street and St James’s will be offering exclusive promotions throughout the month, including £10 dishes at select restaurants, 20% off the Puddings Masterclass with Sauce by The Langham, and 10% off at ‘O ver. You can also enjoy a complimentary drink served with any dish at Heddon Street Kitchen and a £10 dish at Piccolino.
Sink your teeth into some of the tastiest food in London this September at On-street feasts, where you can enjoy dishes from ‘O ver, Toba, Caso Do Frango, Yokocho, Heddon Street Kitchen, Piccolino, Scully, and St James’s – all in one sitting! The feast will take place in St James’s Market on September 21, and tickets are on sale now.
If you’re craving some food for thought, listen to industry experts give fascinating talks on The Future of Food Trends 2025 (September 16) whilst enjoying drinks and canapés. BAFTA 195 Piccadilly will also open giving you a one-time-chance to set foot in this historic Grade II* listed building for a private screening of the award winning docu-film Six Inches of Soil, an inspiring story of British farmers challenging the industrial food system.
Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill and Wilton’s will also be hosting sustainable dining experiences on September 19, where you can learn more about The Crown Estate’s efforts to restore the seabed in Essex.

Into the Woods with Flavour Fred is a masterclass, taking place on September 19, that will teach you all about the remarkable culinary uses of wild flowers, such as distillation and preservation. You can also add some delicious sustainable cocktails to your repertoire at Sapling Spirits: Sustainable Cocktail Masterclass on September 17. Here you’ll get to create two bespoke cocktails with a Sapling spirit mixologist, using herb-infused spirits made with produce grown in the urban farm.
