We can’t think of a better way to enjoy the decade-defining hits of the 80s than singing your heart out with a high-energy crowd of thousands of fellow 80s fans, in a setting as iconic as the British Museum.
On one night only, this September 6, the British Museum will be taken over by an 80s silent disco, turning the Great Court – the largest covered public square in Europe – into the perfect dance floor, with a gorgeous glass roof that reflects the colourful disco lights. You can already get tickets now, so don’t miss out on booking yours.

What can you expect at this silent disco?
Never been to a silent disco before? Instead of blasting the music from deafening speakers, the DJs play their songs into wireless headphones. At this particular silent disco, you will be handed state-of-the-art LED headphones with three music channels to choose from, so you can toggle between tunes and dance to your favourites.
You’ll also have full control over the volume, whether you choose to turn it up and lose yourself in the music or lower it when you need a bit of a break. It’s personalised and immersive, and definitely not your typical night out.

Look forward to hits from Queen, ABBA, Madonna, George Michael, Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, Bon Jovi, and many other iconic artists of this era.
