Professional eater-of-food Jesse Burgess decided to go on a 24-hour, Tabasco-powered tour of London’s most creative barbecuers.

Starting out the Jamaican vibes at Deptford’s Mama’s Jerk, his odyssey continues with the Filipino adobo chicken from the husband & wife street food team at BBQ Dreamz before testing the Nigerian take on the ‘best burger you’ll ever eat’ from the pop-up sisters Flygerians.
