A Snowy Cinema Inside A Narnia Wardrobe Is Coming To East London

share on:

Snuggle up in front of your all-time favourite Christmas films and feel the snow beneath your feet.

Down a lowly little lane in east London, you’ll find an indistinct warehouse that will guarantee you a white Christmas this year. Walk through a Narnia-esque wardrobe, push your way past fur coats, and stumble into a snowy fir tree forest. Make footsteps in the snow, grab yourself a glass of mulled wine and a handmade brownie, and bag yourself a seat in front of your favourite Christmas movie. (And get this: they’re playing Elf not once, not twice, but eight times.)

From December 8th right up until Christmas Eve, Pop Up Screens will be showing the very best of festive cinema, including screenings of Elf, Miracle on 34th Street and Love Actually.

Take a look at what’s on and book your tickets here.

You’ll find Cinema in the Snow at Hackney Downs Studios, Amhurst Terrace, London E8 2BT
