You Can Now Float Down Regent’s Canal In A Hot Tub Tug Boat

The HotTug is a cross between a boat and a hot tub, and we must say it looks like all of our summer plans just got sorted.

The marvellous Hot Tug has been cruising the canals of Amsterdam for years now, but the genius vessel will be steaming its way down Regent’s Canal this summer, offering Londoners the chance to float through the canal in the comfort of their own personal bubbling tub.

Each twelve-foot HotTug can hold up to 7 people, making it the perfect group activity. And of course, you can bring your own booze – you’ll even get a handy ice bucket for an extra cost).

Every tub can hold up to 1800 litres of water, which is heated to a comfortingly warm 38 degress ahead of your arrival. The tub itself can reach speeds of 3mph, which is the perfect speed to relax and watch the world go by from your hot tub. How fancy.

Prices start from as little as £23 per person, and booking is now open, with boat rides slated to start on July 11. You can support their crowdfunding campaign and secure some discounts in the process. Bon voyage!
