It’s Alice In Wonderland themed. Seriously. On March 3rd, London will given one of the greatest gifts of all…a restaurant dedicated entirely to desserts. The cafe at Hotel Cafe Royal will be serving dishes designed by executive pastry chef Sarah Barber – the first female pastry chef in the hotel’s 151-year history. What’s more…they will all be inspired by Alice In Wonderland and called things like Queen of Hearts (consisting of raspberries, champagne and roses) and the Mad Hatter. Sound like your idea of heaven? Ours too! Just try not to fall down the rabbit hole of a sugar coma, ok?
[Big Hospitality]You can try the desserts any day from 6pm to 10:30pm, and are available to take away. The five-course ‘Sarah In Wonderland’ menu costs £42 per person, with matching wines for £20. Dishes include Milky Way with goat’s cheese, wild honey and beetroot snow and Eat Me, Drink Me, which factors a Snickers and a chocolate malt shake. Hello. The three-course Childhood Memories menu is £26 and includes new takes on favourites such as Rhubarb & Custard and Jaffa Cakes. Let’s take a look…?
