Speed Duetting: Now You Can Meet Your Soulmate By Singing With Them

If your vocal ability puts the ‘sing’ in ‘single’, we’ve found the perfect dating event for you.

Remember the start of High School Musical, when Gabriella and Troy get randomly shoved on stage to duet together at a ski resort New Year’s Eve party, and end up falling madly in love?

Well, now you have the chance to live out that classic movie meet-cute at Lucky Voice’s new ‘Speed Duetting’ event.

You could meet the Danny to your Sandy while singing You’re The One That I Want, the Jasmine to your Aladdin with a rendition of A Whole New World. Don’t Stop Believin’ guys, this Journey might just be Somethin’ Stupid, but it could end up an Endless Love.

Ok, enough of that. The evening starts off with some awkward small-talk at the bar – where you’ll get a complimentary welcome drink – before everyone’s split into male and female groups. These groups will rotate through the private karaoke rooms, so you’ll get a chance to sing with everyone.

All you have to do is (try to) enjoy yourself and remember to make a note of anyone you’d like to make sweet music with later. If you get any matches you’ll receive a message at the end of the night. If you don’t: better luck next time, buddy!
