The sketch toilets have undergone another seasonal redesign.

At fabulously trendy restaurant sketch, a trip to the loo is usually something special – but now, there’s an extra reason to visit their famed bathrooms. The sketch toilets, the loos that launched a thousand mirror selfies, have been all wrapped up just in time for Christmas. Except, instead of a thoughtful gift inside, there’s a bog. An admittedly upmarket bog, but a bog nonetheless. Check ’em out!

Usually brilliant white, and looking vaguely reminiscent of eggs, they’ve been decorated in wrapping paper and bows, making them vaguely reminiscent of Easter eggs.

Predictably, the eggscellent bathrooms are already big hit on Instagram, despite having been unveiled a mere 24 hours ago.

It’s part of sketch’s venue-wide Christmas makeover, known as Dulce Domum (Sweet Home, for those not au fait with Latin). The transformation has seen their entrance hall given an archway of presents, and a Christmassy walk which boasts snow-capped hedges and statues, regularly dusted with fresh snowfall.

Further inside the restaurant, their breathtaking Glade Room has been given a canopy of Christmas sprigs and other woodland blooms. The effect is simply stunning:

To top it all off, sketch have a Christmas tree – it’s not your usual fir, though. Festooned with lights and silver streamers, it’s an eye-popping affair that sits inside sketch’s Michelin-starred Lecture Room.
