Okay, admittedly these aren’t of the live, bleating, tail-wagging variety. These are sculptures, which makes your life a lot easier because having to dodge sheep poo as well as all the tourists in Covent Garden would just be too much to handle. 120 Shaun The Sheep sculptures will be on display at the Covent Garden Piazza from TODAY until the 27th September – and you’d having to be bleating mad to miss them.
So where have Shaun and all his mates come from? The five foot tall sculptures, designed by celebrities, artists and brands, were part of two ‘Shaun In The City’ art trails that took place in Bristol and London earlier in the year. Now they’ve come flocking back to the big smoke for a final flaunting of their fleeces before being auctioned off on October 8th for Wallace and Gromit’s Children’s Charity.
