It is absolutely no news to us that everybody loves a good rooftop bar, especially when the sun decides to make its annual appearance. But let us introduce you to Roof East, the mother of all rooftop bar. Planted at the top of a car park in Stratford, overlooking Olympic Park and London’s glorious sunny skyline, Roof East is home to an open-air cinema, a crazy golf course and an urban park.

This summer they have invited a bunch of tasty street food vendors to pitch up at the weekends, including bad-ass burgers and Peruvian skewers.
