Sashay away!

Or more accurately, sashay towards this event, because it’s going to be fierce. In May 2018, RuPaul’s Drag Race will be touring the UK & Ireland, and it will be stalking the catwalks of London. You thought Liz was the only queen in town? Well on May 26th, you’re going to find out just how wrong you are.

The ‘Werq the World‘ tour will take up residence at Troxy, the Art Deco theatre out in Limehouse, for one night only. We’ll get the bad news out of the way first: RuPaul won’t actually be there.

Yes, we were just as disappointed as you are. However, hosting duties will be taken over by Drag Race judge Michelle Visage, so you can expect a healthy amount of sass. Meanwhile, there will be performances by Kim Chi, Latrice Royale, Sharon Needles, Violet Chachki, Shangela, and Valentina.

All in all, you’re guaranteed to see more glitter and tiaras than you’ve seen in a lifetime. Tickets are onsale now, and you can grab some here. Who has the most charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent? Only one way to find out…

Although Alex spent most of his life in Somerset and Durham, London is (almost) in his name, so he relocated to Clapham and fell in love with it. However, this has put him dangerously close to Infernos... You'll find him eating all of London's street food, lost in a bookshop, or shouting at his beloved ice hockey team, the Minnesota Wild.
