This Feb 10, Join the British-Gambian hurdler Nusrat Ceesay in Hyde Park for a stunning run around London’s iconic Hyde Park, with a few twists along the way to challenge your endurance, power and speed.
Once you’re totally breathless and buzzing, your journey winds up at the fab healthy-food spot High Mood Food, where you can refuel with some delicious, tummy-friendly fare from their menu. (And they won’t look at you funny for being all sweaty.)
Anyway, a lovely running route in Central London, an invigorating bit of exercise, and loads of nice food afterwards. Beats eating a cereal bar on a park bench in the rain, doesn’t it?
