Don’t you roll your eyes at us, young man. We know, we know, London does have a tendency to take things too far and the pop-up scene is a prime example of this (school dinner themed pop-up anyone? Nope thought not.) But there’s just no denying it, this latest offering is pure genius. Allow us to introduce you to, Sunday Best, the new immersive roast potato experience that will never leave you with a dry spud again.

So who is behind this a-peeling new idea? It’s a joint venture from talented food creatives The Robin Collective and, um, McCain. Yup, that Global Corporate Business that has been stocking your Granny’s freezer with chips since 1957. But try not to let that put you off.

Open to the public on Friday 23rd October, ticketholders will be able to dip their spuds into London’s first ever flowing fountain of gravy, as well as taste some roast potato kebabs and the rather intriguing roast dinner ice-cream ‘Sundays’. The event culminates in a Christmas day themed feast, plus there are many more flavour sensations to be revealed which will appear along the way.

The event will be held at 18 Maddox Street, W1S 1PL. Tickets are FREE but more information coming soon on how to register. We’ll keep you posted. We’re nice like that.

Like potatoes? (Who doesn’t?) Here’s London’s best finger-licking fries.
