A Londoner’s ears will prick up at the sound of many things, like “immersive pop-up” and “TfL are lowering their fares” (yeah, we wish).
But there are very few things that excite a Londoner more than the word “brunch”, unless of course it’s used in the same sentence as “Pimm’s”.
Pimm’s have launched an exciting new brunch series, teaming up with six different venues across London to serve original Pimm’s cocktails to match your avo on toast (…we know what you’re like). Although the standard Pimm’s and lemonade is a classic, they’re introducing a new collection of serves to inspire different ways of enjoying the drink. Try the Pimm and Proper, the Pimm’s Fizz, the Pimm’s Short, or the Gentleman’s Mule, all totally delicious and the perfect companion to your eggs benny. Take a look at where you can go when you’re ready for Pimm’s O’Clock:
Bourne & Hollingsworth, Clerkenwell
Bourne & Hollingsworth have made their very own Pimm’s serve to match their weekend brunch menu, so now you can pair your pancakes or your eggs Benedict with a Hollingsworth Pimm’s Cup; a tasty mix of Pimm’s No.1, Kamm & Sons, strawberry syrup, ginger ale and lemon juice, garnished with cucumber and orange. Head down to Bourne & Hollingsworth on any weekend in June for what can only be described as a brunch revolution.

Eggbreak, Kensington
L-egg-endary brunch bigwigs, Eggbreak, have also joined the Pimm’s party, serving up summery Pimm’s cocktails with their sp-egg-tacular brunch dishes. Every day throughout June, try a Pimm and Proper, a delicious serve of Pimm’s No.1, Gordon’s London Dry Gin, tonic, cucumber and mint, or the Pimm’s Fizz with prosecco, lemonade, orange and mint. Seriously, you’ll be waving goodbye to Bloody Marys — once you’ve gone Pimm’s, you’ll never go back (no, you’re right, it doesn’t work, but just roll with it).

Friends of Ours, Hoxton
Daily throughout June, Friends of Ours will be serving up the entire collection of Pimm’s cocktails, including the Gentleman’s Mule and the Pimm’s Short, alongside their magnificent brunch menu. Pair any item from the menu, like the Sweet Potato and Kimchi Hash or the Fried Chicken Bao, with any one of the Pimm’s cocktails. We’re seriously starting to wonder why Pimm’s at brunch has only just become a thing…
61 Pitfield Street, Hoxton, N1 6BU
Brew, Wimbledon
While away your weekend brunching at Brew: pair an eggcellent dish from their brunch menu with a Pimm’s cocktail and your day will be made. Their favourite is the Brew Melt (ham, gruyere, vine tomato, poached eggs & pesto served on toasted pide) alongside the Pimm’s Short, and who are we to disagree?
21 High Street Wimbledon, Wimbledon, SW19 5DX
Megan’s, Fulham
Who said brunch had to be a weekend activity? At Megan’s, brunch is an all day, everyday affair. Try one of their famous baked egg dishes or stick with the classic avocado on toast. Whatever you choose, make sure it’s paired with one of their Pimm’s cocktails. We’ve heard that Pimm’s Fizz and poached eggs is an excellent combo.
571 King’s Road, Fulham, SW6 2EB
Brother Marcus, Balham
Brother Marcus’s brunch is no ordinary brunch. Try one of their innovative dishes, like their salt beef bagel with rainbow slaw or their sweet potato, courgette and feta fritters, and wash it all down with a jolly good Pimm’s. We reckon a nice Pimm and Proper would go down brilliantly with some bacon…
9 Chestnut Grove, Balham, SW12 8JA
Uhm, you might wanna step aside Mimosas and Bloody Marys, cos we think Pimm’s might be stepping on your toes…
Oh and remember, please drink Pimm’s responsibly.
