The One Hour £1.50 ‘Hopper’ Bus Fare Will Roll Out Next Week

Sadiq Khan confirmed his plan to introduce the hopper bus fare within his first week as Mayor of London as a way to encourage more people to use public transport, whilst saving us money at the same time. What a guy. As of Monday 12th September, Londoners will be able to change buses within the hour for no extra cost after the initial £1.50 fare. So “ya buy one, ya get one free”. The ticket will automatically be given to anyone using contactless or Oyster card payments.

[I said ya buy one, ya get one free]
If you’d rather save the £1.50 altogether, check out this TfL tube map that shows the walking distance between each station.
