For dinner with soul, head to The Motown Supper.
There’s a wicked new dinner experience about to hit London, and we Heard It Through The Grapevine. Celebrating the unforgettable sounds of the 60s, The Motown Supper is an immersive music night featuring the smoothest sounds in town. FEST Camden will move and groove to the sounds of Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, and Smokey Robinson – all brought to you by an incredible live band as you tuck into a lovely three-course meal. It’s the soul music of Detroit, but much closer to home – so get your tickets before they’re gone!
At The Motown Supper, you’ll hear the biggest songs from history’s most famous musicians. The Supremely talented live band will have the venue rocking to the smooth beats of My Girl, Dancing in the Street, and Superstition, amongst a whole host of classic Motown hits. They’ll have you up and dancing in no time, working up an appetite for the feast to come.
The welcome drink will get your dancing shoes moving, before the meal begins. A menu of pure soul food is on offer at The Motown Supper, starting with a hearty vegetable soup, sure to warm you up on a winter’s night. Roast chicken (or butternut squash for the veggies amongst you) with new potatoes, collard greens, and coleslaw follows, and dessert is an American classic: homemade pumpkin pie and cream. All these Temptations will prove pretty hard to resist…
Motown has influenced modern music in innumerable ways, and there’s no better way to explore it than at this all-singing, all-dancing evening. The Motown Supper runs on November 30th and December 7th, and we can’t think of a better way to spend a Friday night. There Ain’t No Mountain High Enough to keep you from heading along – so grab your tickets here!
