Magic Roundabout - 26.10.2016-45

The Magic Roundabout, east London’s hidden wonderland, is transforming for the winter, and it’ll be themed around the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s.

Situated right bang in the middle of Old Street roundabout, right above the tube station, The Magic Roundabout is different to any other venue you’ve ever visited, and it quite literally has everything under one roof. This year it’s returning with various ‘Decade’ themed areas to gear us all up for the festive period. From a psychedelic Woodstock-style space (✌️☮️🌼) and a sexy Playboy lounge filled with sheepskin and a log fire, to an 80s disco-themed bar and a 90s-themed VIP area with all the Fresh Prince vibes.

There’ll be plenty of warming street food to keep you toasty, from the likes of Smokin’ Lotus the award-winning BBQers, Skins the loaded potato skins heroes, and Burger Bear bringing along their famous Holy F*ck sauce. As for drinks, you can expect plenty of lovely cocktails and hot toddies, because winter.

The Magic Roundabout will close for a week or so while it’s transformed into a psychedelic boogie wonderland, but it will swiftly return with a whole bunch of fun and festive events, including a festive Christmas Market on December 5th. You can see the full calendar of events here.
