Positioned perfectly along the Thames, with smashing views of the city, you’ll find seven beautiful Mediterranean-style cabanas, blooming with roses and wisteria.
It’s the perfect summer hotspot for the times when you’d quite like to be holidaying in Tuscany, but your bank account says “are you having a laugh?”. Sip on White Peach Sangrias and scoff your face with avocado on toast, and you’ll instantly find yourself in the most Instagrammable scenario ever created.
Although Coppa Club’s brunch menu does list the classic Avo and Poached Egg on Toast (you just know there’d be complaints otherwise), they’ve also thrown some exciting revolutionary items into the mix — hello, Eggs Benedict served on waffles! Their Baked Eggs and Chorizo dish is straight out of a dream and their Full English specifically states that they use Heinz beans (trust us, that says a lot about a fry up). Pair any of their brunch offerings with a Bloody Mary, a White Peach Sangria or a Matcha, Avocado and Pineapple smoothie and you’re winning the day.
And what’s better than waffles and Wild Strawberry Spritzes? We’ll admit there isn’t much, but having great views of Tower Bridge, the Shard and the HMS Belfast as you sip and munch comes pretty close.
Believe it or not, there’s more to life than brunch (shock horror!), and you can also join the Coppa Club for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just make sure you book in advance if you’re after a spot on the terrace, as it’s unlikely that you’ll get one on the day. Book online here.
You’ll find Coppa Club at 3 Three Quays Walk, Lower Thames Street, EC3R 6AH
