This London Pop-Up Is Serving Sparkling Red Wine

It’s not something we ever really felt was missing from our lives but, now we know it exists, we’re pretty damn excited.

Fiz, the aptly named pop-up specialising in sparkling wines, has popped up at Lights of Soho until the end of August, and it’s serving sparkling red wine. Yes… fizzy, CHILLED red wine.

Fiz’s menu is very simple, with just 8-10 bottles to choose from. (One of which, by the way, is fizzy AND RED). The food on the other hand focuses on delicious, local ingredients that are ideal for sharing, including cheese and charcuterie boards, toasted sandwiches and tasty pastrami-filled buns.

If you’re wondering where the brunch is at, you needn’t be concerned. Fiz has you covered with the usual poachies, pancakes and avo on toast, as well as the classic bottomless bubbles to get you giggling. Book a spot here.

Fiz’s pop-up wine bar is running now until August 30th, so make sure you get your fizzy red fix before then. You’ll find it inside the Lights of Soho gallery at 35 Brewer St, W1F 0RX.
