While although they’ve been hiding little people since 2006, we’ve discovered a new found love *obsession* for Slinkachu’s ‘The Little People Project‘. Slinkachu, former art director, and extremely talented artist based in London, creates tiny scenarios in public places, photographs them, and abandons them – to be discovered by what we imagine to be fairly bemused passers-by. On his work, the artist stated: “The street-based side of my work plays with the notion of surprise and I aim to encourage city-dwellers to be more aware of their surroundings. The scenes I set up, more evident through the photography, and the titles I give these scenes aim to reflect the loneliness and melancholy of living in a big city, almost being lost and overwhelmed.” No more words…just take a look at these stunning minature masterpieces!
