On a more regular basis, The Water Poet also hosts a fortnightly Spitalfields Crypt Trust Charity Pub Quiz on every 2nd Monday. They say it’s ‘the toughest quiz in London’ so grab a team of 6 and compete to win the tiniest trophy in the world. It costs £12 for the whole team to enter and all proceeds go to the Spitalfields Crypt Trust.

2. The Old Queens Head
[The Old Queens Head]Every Tuesday The Old Queens Head go above and beyond anything you should ever expect from an ordinary Pub Quiz, throwing in some dirty doodle rounds and some serious brain testing questions. 3. The Elm Park Tavern
The Elm Park Tavern puts everything into its quiz night and, come 8.30pm every Thursday, it’s rammed full of punters hoping to win prizes. Round up a team of six and get ready for the sculpture round! It’s £1 per person.

4. The Lexington
[The Lexington]The Lexington plays host to Rough Trade’s famous quiz takeover, asking all the big questions about indie music. Name the tune, name the popstar, answer the ‘headfuck’ question. It’s £1 per head, and teams can have up to six people.

The quiz at The Boogaloo, ‘Who Killed Bambi?’ is proud to be the longest running music quiz in London. There’s a league and a rolling jackpot so people take it verrrry seriously. It happens at 8pm every Wednesday and you can email ahead to book a spot.
