Kate and Pippa Middleton’s former Chelsea flat is on sale for £1.95m.
Marketed by Knight Frank, the flat the two sisters shared boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sizeable living/dining room spread across three floors. The interiors are rather outdated IMO, but, to quote the web listing, there’s plenty of “scope to put [your] own stamp on the property.” And I suppose I’ve got to give it to them – there are some fantastic London-themed cushions that I really hope the next buyer gets to keep.
Kate and Pippa obviously no longer need the apartment, now they’re living the high life with their other halves. Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, lives in Kensington Palace with William and their three children, George, Charlotte and Louis. Pippa, on the other hand, is living in a five-storey townhouse with multi-millionaire hubby James Matthews, and their newborn, Arthur.
The flat was bought by Kate and Pippa’s parents, Michael and Carole Middleton, back in 2002. According to The Sunday Times, they purchased it for £780,000, meaning they could be looking at a fat £1.2m profit on the property.
