Graham’s, the Family Dairy, has appointed the UK’s very first Milk Sommelier* and, frankly, we find it rather amoosing.
In association with Bedales of Borough Market, the UK’s first Milk Sommelier, Douglas Wood, will be pairing 5 courses of food with the finest milks from Graham’s, the Family Dairy. From Longhorn beef tartare to chocolate and almond biscotti, these dishes will really bring out the subtle flavours that you can (apparently) taste in milk. For example, the bready notes and flavours of vanilla and toasted nuts found in Graham’s Gold Smooth, or the taste of white chocolate and panna cotta in their Organic Whole Milk. We’re not convinced… ?
Londoners have seen some weird and wonderful things, but this is just udderly ridiculous. This exclusive event will be the crème de la crème of tastings, giving city revellers a chance to rediscover milk and enjoy it in a whole new way.
The event will take place on September 6th and you can get your tickets here.
*Because apparently the country’s been missing one.
