What’s better than a three-day weekend over the August Bank Holiday?
A three-day weekend celebrated with a free cocktail.
Whether you’re looking for an action-packed few days of fun, or would prefer a relaxed one with your nearest and dearest, Carluccio’s is offering a tip top offer to help you enjoy your bank holiday.
For one long weekend only, the stylish Italian restaurant is offering guests a free Sofia Spritz cocktail when they buy any full-priced item on the menu.
The Sofia Spritz is made up of a delicious blend of Tanqueray gin, infused with artichokes and olives. Then, Pritesh Mody, Mixologist at World of Zing who created the Sofia, blended a tincture of rosemary, hyssop, fennel and other classic botanicals for the ultimate flavour combination. Topped with some soda, it’s a deliciously summery cocktail with dry, savoury notes.
Described as tasting like “Italy in a glass”, the cocktail can be perfectly paired with everything on Carluccio’s menu. Try the Seafood Linguine and pretend you’re relaxing on the Amalfi coast, or go for the Lamb Arrosticini (with sweet and sour peppers, almonds and raisins) for a fancy twist.
Or, to truly celebrate the Bank Holiday in style, we recommend the Grandioso Board to share with friends while you sip a Sofia Spritz.
It’s the best way to experience the Italian lifestyle while you’re still in London.
