From July 3rd, head to Melba, the Savoy’s beautiful coffee counter and patisserie on the Strand, and ask for an ‘icéclair’ — London’s coolest new dessert trend. Melba is already known for its legendary éclairs, but who knew freezing them would be such a revelation?! Customers will be able to customise their very own icéclair, from the flavour of the ice cream to the multitude of different toppings.
Choose from 5 handmade ice cream flavours, including pure dark chocolate and wild berry.
Pick a sauce, from raspberry drizzle to a white chocolate glaze.
And finally, choose your toppings. They have everything from popping candy and cookie dough, to candy floss and caramelized hazelnuts.
The icéclairs will cost £4.95 and you can find them at Melba at The Savoy, Strand, WC2R 0EU.
