Specific Terms and Conditions
| Parties | Sponsor and Promoter. Transopco UK Ltd (trading as “FreeNow by Lyft”), with its registered office at Harling House, Second Floor, 47-51 Great Suffolk Street, London, SE1 0BS (“Sponsor” or “Promoter“), is the sponsor and promoter of the promotion called “FreeNow by Lyft x Fever x DICE: Roll The Dice Competition” (the “Promotion“).
Prize Provider and Promotional Partner. Kzemos UK Ltd, with registered offices at 4th Floor, The Wingate, 93-107 Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1D 5DY (“Fever“) acts as the prize provider and promotional partner in connection with the Promotion. |
| Promotion Period | The Promotion will begin at 10:00 AM (BST) on 22 July 2026 and end on the earlier of (1) 12:00 PM (BST) on 18 September 2026; or (2) the usage of 20,000 ROLLTHEDICE promotional codes.
All entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for entry into the Promotion. |
| Participation | This Promotion is open to new and existing FreeNow users who are over 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom.
To enter the Promotion, participants must: (i) have a FreeNow account; (ii) Enter the promotional code “ROLLTHEDICE” into their FreeNow wallet during the Promotion Period (by going to the FreeNow app, selecting “Vouchers and credits” and “Add promo code”); and (iii) within 14 days of entering the ROLLTHEDICE promotional code into their FreeNow wallet, complete one ride booked through the FreeNow application in the Territory during the Promotion Period and pay for such ride through the FreeNow application, (together a “Qualifying Ride”). A participant will become eligible for the Promotion only after completing a Qualifying Ride in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and provided that they meet the other eligibility requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions. Eligible participants who do not win during a Prize Drop will automatically remain eligible for subsequent Prize Drops during the Promotion Period, unless and until they are selected as a winner. Participants may win a maximum of one (1) Prize during the Promotion Period. |
| ROLLTHEDICE promotional code | By entering the ROLLTHEDICE promotional code, participants will receive 50% off (max saving £6) one PHV or Taxi ride booked using the FreeNow app. Offer ends on the earlier of (1) 20,000 codes being redeemed; or (2) 18 September 2026 and may only be used once and may not be used in conjunction with any other codes or discounts. | Winner Selection | The Promotion will include three (3) Prize Drops. Participants who successfully complete a qualifying ride during the Promotion Period will become eligible for the next available Prize Drop:

General Terms and Conditions
ENTRY INTO THE PROMOTION REQUIRES PARTICIPANTS TO COMPLETE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS SET OUT IN THE SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SPECIFIC AND GENERAL (TOGETHER, THE “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”), WHICH CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.
Acceptance of the Terms. By participating in this Promotion, (i) each participant (each one, “you”, “your” or a “Participant“) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, as well as by the decisions the Sponsor makes regarding this Promotion in accordance with the foregoing, (ii) you agree to release the Sponsor, Fever and their respective administrators, partners and employees from any liability, loss or damage resulting from your participation in this Promotion or with respect to the adjudication, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize awarded in accordance with these Terms, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence), in which case such liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law, and (iii) you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and resident of the United Kingdom. The Sponsor reserves the right to exclude any Participant from participation if it reasonably suspects that such Participant has engaged in abusive, fraudulent or dishonest conduct in connection with the Promotion. The Sponsor at its sole discretion may cancel, suspend and/or modify any aspect of the Promotion as it considers necessary including in relation to any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond its reasonable control which impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Any such change shall be communicated to Participants through the same channels used to promote the Promotion. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Fever is acting solely as prize provider and promotional partner in connection with the Promotion. Responsibility for the administration and operation of the Promotion, including participant eligibility verification and winner selection, rests solely with the Sponsor.
Promotion Period. The duration of the Promotion will be as described in the Specific Terms and Conditions.
The Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period as it considers necessary (including due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control) and shall communicate any such extension to participants through the same channels used to promote the Promotion. Likewise, the Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or terminate the Promotion before its scheduled end date as it considers necessary (including where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so). Any such suspension, interruption or termination shall be communicated to participants through the same channels used to promote the Promotion.
Participation. To participate in the Promotion, entrants must satisfy the entry requirements set out in the Specific Terms and Conditions.
In particular, participants must have a FreeNow account, add the promotional code specified in the Promotion materials to their FreeNow wallet during the Promotion Period (by going to the FreeNow app, selecting “Vouchers and credits” and “Add Promo Code”) and within 14 days of adding the promotional code to their FreeNow wallet complete one ride booked through the FreeNow application in the Territory during the Promotion Period and pay for such ride through the FreeNow application. A participant shall become eligible for entry into the Promotion only upon successful completion of a Qualifying Ride in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Eligible participants who do not win during a Prize Drop shall automatically remain eligible for subsequent Prize Drops during the Promotion Period, unless and until they are selected as a winner. Participants may win a maximum of one (1) Prize during the Promotion.
The Sponsor and Fever are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, inaccurate, corrupted or otherwise defective entries, nor for any technical, electronic, network, software, hardware or platform-related failures that may prevent participation in the Promotion. Proof of completing the entry requirements shall not be deemed proof of receipt of a valid entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a participant has successfully satisfied the entry requirements and qualifies for entry into the Promotion. The Sponsor and Fever shall not be responsible for the accuracy of any information provided by participants in connection with the Promotion.
Participants. Each eligible Participant must be a natural person, aged eighteen (18) years or older, legally residing in the United Kingdom. The following persons may not participate in the Promotion or receive any Prize (either directly or indirectly as a companion): the Sponsor, Fever, and/or their respective employees, agents, freelancers, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, associated companies, Prize providers and any other persons professionally involved in the administration of the Promotion, as well as their immediate family members and members of their household (whether related or not). If any Participant is found to fall within any of the above categories, regardless of whether they are selected as a winner, their participation shall be deemed invalid and any Prize awarded may be withdrawn.
The Sponsor reserves the right to request a copy of a valid identity document (including a passport, driving licence or other government-issued identification document) for the purpose of verifying compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to request any additional documentation it reasonably considers necessary in order to verify the identity or eligibility of a participant or winner and may refuse to award a Prize where a participant fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Winner Selection. Winners will be selected by the Sponsor through a random computerized drawing from among all eligible participants who have satisfied the entry requirements described in these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion will include the Prize Drops described in the Specific Terms and Conditions. Eligible participants who have not previously won a Prize shall remain eligible for subsequent Prize Drops during the Promotion Period. A participant may win a maximum of one (1) Prize during the Promotion. Once a participant has been selected as a winner, they will be removed from the pool of eligible entrants for all subsequent Prize Drops.
If there are insufficient eligible entries during any Prize Drop period to award all available Prizes, any unawarded Prizes may be carried forward and awarded during a subsequent Prize Drop.
The Sponsor will verify the eligibility of each selected winner before confirming the award of any Prize. Following verification, the Sponsor may share the winner’s contact details with Fever solely for the purpose of Prize fulfilment. If a selected winner does not accept the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Prize shall be deemed forfeited and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Any alternate winner shall be subject to the same eligibility requirements, verification procedures and acceptance deadlines as the original winner.
The Sponsor’s decisions regarding winner selection, eligibility and Prize allocation shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
Prize. The prize will be as detailed in the Specific Terms and Conditions. A total of seventy-eight (78) Prizes will be awarded during the Promotion, subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other alternative, except at the discretion of the Sponsor or Fever where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Following winner selection and verification by the Sponsor, Fever will contact the relevant winners and provide instructions regarding Prize fulfilment and redemption. Upon notification by Fever, each winner shall have five (5) calendar days to confirm their contact details and accept the Prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner by the Sponsor.
The use and redemption of any Fever voucher shall be subject to Fever’s applicable Terms of Use and Voucher Terms and Conditions. The use and redemption of any DICE voucher shall be subject to DICE’s applicable terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Terms and Conditions, all vouchers are valid until 30 September 2027, may be redeemed across multiple eligible events and experiences taking place in London until their full value has been redeemed, are subject to no minimum spend requirement and are valid only with the applicable voucher provider. Any costs, expenses, taxes, charges or liabilities associated with the acceptance, receipt, use or redemption of a Prize that are not expressly stated as being included in the Prize description shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes will be delivered within a reasonable period following winner verification and acceptance and, where applicable, in accordance with the instructions communicated to winners by Fever. If a winner rejects a Prize, fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or is subsequently found to be ineligible, the Prize shall be deemed forfeited and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Neither the Sponsor nor Fever shall be responsible for any inability of a winner to redeem or use a Prize due to circumstances outside their reasonable control, including any restrictions, limitations or requirements imposed by third-party providers.
Limit of one prize per person or household. Participants may win a maximum of one (1) Prize during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of qualifying rides completed or Prize Drops for which they are eligible. Use of any Prize is subject to availability and to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant prize provider, including any Fever voucher terms and conditions and any DICE voucher terms and conditions. The Prize does not include any travel, accommodation, transportation, insurance, personal expenses or any other costs not expressly stated in the Prize description. No cash alternative shall be available. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Sponsor and Fever reserve the right to substitute any Prize, or any element of a Prize, with another prize of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make such substitution necessary. Any taxes, duties, levies or other charges arising from the acceptance, receipt, use or redemption of a Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, who shall be responsible for complying with any applicable legal or tax reporting requirements.
Notification. The Winner will be announced as described in the Specific Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties. By participating in the Promotion, Participants and Winners agree to release the Sponsor, Fever, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Entities”), from any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever (except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence, in which case such liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law), including without limitation any loss arising in connection with participation in the Promotion, winner selection, notification, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, Prize fulfilment, or any Promotion-related activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE PROMOTION AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Acceptance and publication of the rules. Participation in this Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any Participant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or who acts in a manner contrary to their spirit or intent, may be disqualified from the Promotion at the Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. In the event of any such disqualification, the Sponsor and Fever shall have no further obligation towards the Participant in connection with the Promotion.
Data protection. FREENOW will process Participants’ personal data to facilitate participation, select winners and arrange for the winners to receive the Prize. Personal data being processed for this purpose may include name, email and activity on the FREENOW app. For further information, see FREENOW’s Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.free-now.com/uk/passenger-privacy-policy/. Participants acknowledge that in the event of a win (1) their personal information will be shared with Fever to enable delivery of the prize; and (2) their identity (last name and county) may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any participant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting FREENOW. In these circumstances, the participant acknowledges that FREENOW may nevertheless disclose the relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if FREENOW is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes. To request disclosure of winner details, enquirers must submit a request to Freenow within two (2) months following the end of the Promotion Period. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the prizes have been awarded.
Choice of law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence. The Sponsor may bring proceedings against a participant in the courts of that participant’s country of residence.
