Are you always telling yourself you need to be a bit ‘more cultured’? You don’t do enough to enlighten your artistic side. You live in London – a city simply bursting with galleries, museums and art exhibitions – and yet you don’t seize the opportunity to experience them. Well, now’s your chance to put an end to all that. From Friday 9th – Sunday 11th September, the New Artist Fair’s Summer Exhibition comes to the Old Truman Brewery. Entry is FREE and you don’t need to get tickets in advance, so you can finally inject a bit of contemporary culture into your life.
[Isobel Cortese]The New Artist Fair has been running for 6 years and has been continuing to help emerging and new contemporary artists get their work to market. They provide a wonderful platform to showcase fresh talent, working directly with art lovers, collectors, buyers and investors. This September, the Summer Exhibition will showcase over 100 of the best artists, with a range of photography, portraits, abstracts and landscapes. It’s going to be a super chilled set up – in the Old Truman Brewery right in the heart of East London, so you can stroll in and peruse whenever you fancy. And don’t think you’ll need to walk away empty handed – the sale price of prints start at £20, in case your flat was in desperate need of an aesthetically pleasing new addition (and you want to show off your great eye to your pals).
