Stroke a series of floofs and fluffos in a room covered head to toe in fake fur. Yes, really.
When we heard about this one our first thoughts were “Is this a joke?”, but Secret London can exclusively confirm that no, it is a very serious not-joke. And this completely free animal therapy experience is coming to London THIS VERY MONTH.
We’re still struggling to get our heads around the fact that this is actually real, but we’ll continue. The pop-up is being put on by the madcap guys and gals over at Guinness Book of World Records (who else?) to celebrate the release of Guinness World Records: Amazing Animals, and it’s been officially christened the ‘Amazing Animals Fluffytorium’.
Visitors will get the chance to stroke a series of incredibly fluffy (they’re featuring some of the world’s longest haired dogs and cats) and incredibly friendly (they’ve all been specially selected for their wonderful temperaments) animals in half hour slots. There’ll also be a milkshake bar – that doesn’t sound unhygienic at all – and giant human-sized animal furniture. We. Are. Buzzing.
