An exciting new pop-up in Shoreditch is proving that there’s more to whisky than the simple single malt.

After last year’s successful, sell-out event, Chivas Regal are back with The Blend, the incredible pop-up that allows you to create your very own whisky and take it home with you. A proud and unbeatable moment for anyone, as we’re sure you’ll agree.

Chivas Regal have made it their mission to demonstrate the skill and craft of a master blender with their exclusive ‘Art of Blending’ pop-up, which opens its doors on 2nd October. Here you’ll be given the chance to create your very own, custom whisky blend under Chivas Regal’s expert instruction. The 45 minute masterclass will take place at 133 Bethnal Green Road, which is modelled on a classic Manhattan whisky bar, and you can book yourself a ticket to get involved here.

Whether you’re an authority on all things scotch or a total whisky novice, this experience should help you become a little more discerning when it comes to understanding the beauty of a blended whisky. Not only will you dabble in the history of the spirit, but you’ll also get to sample various Malts with a number of interesting flavours, all in preparation to craft your very own expert blend.

And it doesn’t stop at whisky, folks. Visitors of The Blend can also expect to see some incredible local food vendors and a great lineup of DJs, making this a one-stop shop for a fantastic night out. (Not to mention the fact that you might actually come home with a full bottle of whisky … and how often does that happen)?

Last year’s event was extremely popular, so tickets are expected to sell out fast. The good news is – if you get in there quickly – you can nab yourself two tickets to their 45 minute ‘Art of Blending’ experience for just £20. Sessions are running every day during London Cocktail Week (2nd – 8th October) and from Wednesday to Sunday 10th October – 3rd December. You’ll find the booking page and more information here.
