We told you last week that the London Underground staff were planning a walkout for some point in December. Earlier today the RMT announced that there will be a planned 24-hour strike at the beginning of the month. The walkout is due to begin at 9.30pm on Tuesday 6th December and end at 9.29pm Wednesday 7th December. The strikes are set to take place on both the Piccadilly and the Hammersmith and City Lines, so prepare to plan your journeys around this. Or just use it as an excuse to work from home. Even if you don’t even touch those lines on your commute. We won’t blab.
