Get in a fromage frenzy at this three-day cheese festival, in the grounds of Hoxton’s Geffrye Museum.
Following up on their autumnal cheese extravaganza back in November, The Cheese Project are hosting a follow-up festival in celebration of everyone’s favourite foodstuff.
Not to be confused with other, more-chaotic cheese events you might remember, this is run by the real experts: some of the people behind The Cheese Truck and fromage-first Camden restaurant The Cheese Bar. Running May 26-28, the event will bring together 20 brilliant London cheesemongers to fill your rucksack and six street food traders to fill your tummy.
There’ll be craft beer, wine, and ‘cheese-themed’ cocktails (??) to wash it all down with, plus tutored tastings, demos, live mozzarella-making, and live music to enjoy as well. Good times!
