Captivating Cut Outs Transform Covent Garden Into A Magical Make-Believe

It appears that Rich McCor has achieved the impossible…he has managed to make Covent Garden appear so magical that it has almost out-Christmassed itself! McCor, who goes by the alias @Paperboyo on Instagram, has been kept under our close watch for some time after he wowed London with his beautiful cut outs, transforming the city’s landmarks (the London Eye became a bicycle, Big Ben a wrist watch…) and now he’s back, turning his hand (and camera) to Covent Garden’s Christmas installations.

Although they are all scenes we can recognise, they are still breathtakingly beautiful, original and oh-so festive – there to celebrate Covent Garden’s ‘Meet Me Under The Mistletoe‘ installation.

Lit up by 40 mistletoe chandeliers and 700 glistening berries…

With over 320 metres of garland unite the chandeliers and nearly 100,000 pea lights

Stunning aren’t they?
