Icelandic budget airline WOW are currently offering flights from Stansted to New York from just £99. Holy guacamole.

You can fly with WOW on dates from April 2018 onwards, although there is a slight catch – their flights briefly stopover in Reykjavik, Iceland en route to the States, making the overall journey time closer to eleven hours than seven.
