It’s officially time to raise the woof, as there’s an exciting wellness festival on its way to Kings Cross that has been specifically curated for you and your dog! The much-loved Big Woof Festival is returning to Coal Drops Yard after its successful debut last year, so your furry friends don’t have to miss out on any of the fun available to Londoners this September.
Taking place from the 14th until the 15th of September, this free 2-day canine wellness festival promises a weekend filled with fun, fur, and frolics dedicated to our beloved four-legged besties.
The highly anticipated event will feature an exciting line-up of well-being activities, including (but not limited to) dog yoga, dog massage, and sound baths to help your pups with some well-needed Zen.
As well as the standard wellness happenings at the festival, there’s so much more to do like their fabulous Marketplace, which will feature over 20 of London’s best dog apparel, treats and accessories traders, as well as face painting, silhouette artists, and beyond.
You can also expect a talks programme, dog agility and scent courses, and dog tarot reading for a cheeky glimpse into your pooch’s future. If you’re confident that your dog has what it takes, you can even enter dog shows and competitions with categories including ‘My Dog’s Got Talent’, ‘You’re My Hero’ and ‘The Longest Sit’.
Dog-friendly restaurants in Kings Cross will even be participating, providing special dog menus and treats throughout the two-day festival. However, there will be so much going on that visitors are encouraged to sign up for the activities they wish to participate in. For more information, click here.
The Big Woof Festival will be taking place at Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross from Saturday, September 14 until Sunday, September 15. Entry is free but sign up for events is required.
