You Can Now Use Android Pay On London’s Public Transport

iPhone advocates have been lapping up the easy life for far too long now. But the time has come, patient Android users. You can finally put away your Oyster cards and use your device (that’s permanently attached to your hand anyway) to swipe through the barriers or as you get on the bus.

The Android Pay app has launched this week (18th May 2016) and TfL have announced that the new app will able to be used on London’s Underground, buses and trams. But could this be the beginning of the end for our beloved Oyster cards? Time can only tell…
