When Marilyn Monroe took a champagne bubble bath, it took 300 bottles to fill it. The World’s First Champagne Bubble Bar may not involve bathing in quite so many bottles of France’s finest but it will give you the chance to have a soapy soak while a butler serves it to you by the glass… Intrigued? We don’t blame you.
Better start practicing that bathtub pose… [Bookatable]Allow us to introduce you to, Bubbles, the rather aptly named pop-up coming to Shoreditch for TWO NIGHTS ONLY this week. Bubbles offers you the chance to soak in a tub with a lovely glass of bubbly, served by your very own butler. Talk about living the good life.
There are no press photos for this event but this is how we like to imagine it… [Gossip Jacker]In addition to the champagne, bathers will also be able to choose from a special menu of bath oils and rose petals and if you’re not an alone-time type then extra-large baths that can seat between 2 and 3 people can also be arranged. For those that don’t fancy stripping off in a tub, a champagne bar will serve flutes of fizz to the fully-clothed too. They don’t discriminate.
Bubbles runs for two nights only, from October 7-8, at Arch 406, Long Street, Shoreditch E2. To book a bath, RSVP to bubbles@frankpr.com
