73 Chester Square, the Belgravia property in which Margaret Thatcher lived in for the last 22 years of her life, before she passed away in 2013, is on the market for a vast £30 million. Over the last 18 months it has undergone a renovation by Leconfield Property Group.
Although Leconfield have made a lot of changes – including the addition of a gym and cinema room – there are some aspects and features that remain the same. This includes the layout of the interlinking dining room and study (pictured above). The property has 6 bedrooms in total, with its huge master bedroom encompassing the whole second floor.
The house’s bomb-proof door also remains standing.
