1800 Tequila are taking cocktails to new heights with their gorgeous rooftop bar.

Cocktails, brunch, and views. It’s a truly winning combination, and it’s about to get even better. 1800 Tequila have commandeered the 8th floor terrace of the OXO Tower, for a stylish takeover with breathtaking views.

The new 1800 Terrace is an al fresco cocktail bar with attitude and altitude. Taking their lead from 1800 Tequila’s premium spirit, the menu will feature twists on classic cocktails. Think tequila-infused reinventions of margaritas and Negronis, and you’ll be right on the money. If you’re feeling daring, try an original concoction created by OXO Tower’s top mixologists. We’re particularly enchanted by the ‘Beauty & The Beast’, made with 1800 Coconut Tequila, pineapple, passionfruit, black pepper, basil, and strawberries.

The cocktails rightfully take centre stage, nestled comfortable amongst the greenery and stylish decor of the 1800 Terrace. Expect them to go down all too easily when mixed with the drop-dead gorgeous views of Somerset House, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the City of London. The hands-on amongst you can even try making your own, at one of 1800 Tequila’s weekly masterclasses.

As if that wasn’t enough to entice you to the Southbank, 1800 Tequila are also laying on a brunch every Saturday in May. To go with the delicious views is a feast of Mexican-inspired food, including huevos rancheros, elote, and buñuelos. Guapa! Naturally, you’ll want a cocktail to go with that, so it’s good news that 1800 Tequila’s updated Espresso Martinis and Bloody Marys (known as Bloody Marias) are available in plentiful supply.

It’s a case of perfect timing, as the 1800 Terrace has arrived just in time to capture those summer vibes. Can you imagine anything better than watching the sun slip into the Thames with an expertly crafted cocktail in your hand? Nope, us neither.

Find the 1800 Terrace in the OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar, and Brasserie, Barge House Street, SE1 9PH. It will be open until June 4th, from 11am-11pm on weekdays, Saturdays from 11am to midnight, and on Sundays from 12-10:30pm.
