It’s not even May and we’re already being steadily bombarded with reminders that Summer is coming. While that does mean the great British weather is reluctantly starting to improve, it unfortunately also means that the term ‘summer body’ is being bandied about far too frequently. So, for those of you finding the guilt all a bit too much, we’ve found four fun ways to be healthy in London this Spring!
1. Run the 2017 Colour Run

Every Londoner knows that there’s no better way to spend a Sunday than strolling round a market snacking on as many free tasters as it’s possible to get away with taking! 4. Dance the Kizomba!
