At 9 Wardour Street in London, a bakery, aptly named ‘Bake’, is offering a fin-tastic take on the Japanese Taiyaki – a fish-shaped cake. Bake have transformed the traditional cake into a fish-shaped waffle instead… and they’ve only gone and filled it with matcha green tea ice cream. Try and matcha that Paul’s… Since opening last year, Bake has joined the likes of Chinatown Bakery with their London take on the Taiyaki and have brought us possibly the best dessert Insta oppor-tuna-ty in London…
