You may have heard of The Little Yellow Door; the crazy cult pop-up with the world famous emoji menu…
Maybe you’ve been to one of their legendary house parties in the past, or perhaps you missed the boat. But the boat is back in the harbour, folks! Well, sort of…
The tenants of The Little Yellow Door have actually moved to Fulham and painted the door, so they’re technically reemerging as The Little Blue Door. But you can bet your bottom dollar that they’ll be returning with a housewarming that will leave you anything but, well, blue.
Apparently The Little Blue Door will not only be bluer than its predecessor, but also bigger, brighter and bolder. It’s basically all the fun of an old school house party (throwback to circa 2010), but without the hassle of cleaning up the next morning, whilst nursing a dirty hangover. A pretty perfect set-up, wouldn’t you say?
Following it’s huge relaunch party, they’ll be back to their old ways of hosting regular dinner parties, Thursday sing-a-longs around the piano, and, of course, they’ll be bringing back the ? famous emoji menu because ??❤️?➕?.
Those in the know will use Whatsapp to book a table and, from that moment on, they’re whisked into a night of pure madness. You’ll be dancing on tables, playing all of the drinking games, and certainly leaving with more friends than you arrived with.
There’ll be a kitchen serving up food inspired by the flatmates’ latest travels, such as delicious mezze dishes, hot wings and baked camembert, plus a bar mixing up cocktails served in various household vessels, including vases and cafetières. At the weekends, brunches and roasts will be also be served to cure your evil ‘day after the night before’ headaches. Imagine a lazy morning with your pals, endlessly snacking and bingeing on movies, and that’s exactly what you can expect.
Rumour has it The Little Blue Door won’t be the only house to open its doors to party-goers this year. They may or may not be returning to where it all began, and reopening the original yella’ door – but our lips are sealed ?.
